HELLO 2013!

Welcome 2013. 2012 was special, we finished the first season of Robot And Monster the season finale will be coming up soon. Goofed off in Africa in the summer, made the 100 Robots gallery show,there is still some artwork available.

Things coming up this year; The Conjoined III sculpture show at Copro Gallery. Curated by the amazing Chet Zar with a boat load of talented sculptors, Sat Jan 19th 8pm.

I will be showing my “Cosmonaut Monkey Explores New Worlds”. If he looks a bit familiar he was first shown at Rivet Gallery in Ohio last summer. This will be the West Coast debut. He is a hefty guy and a bit of a departure from my regular art robots. Just before the holidays I had Sam from Fanboy Comics drop by my little pop art studio for an interview. I had a lot of fun, it was nice to just sit and chat in a casual setting (My house).

When I was finishing up for my art show I made a panorama of the disastrous mess, I believe it captures it pretty well. Sometimes when I look at it this way it just feels like the inside of my head. It’s not always like this, just most of the time. There are a couple of animated ideas I am going to take out into the world this year, as well as some more gallery shows. As always I will be at Comic-Con this year I’m going to get involved with TR!CKSTER. More about the making of Revenge-Bot which I hope you all had a chance to see. Right now I’m checking out some other venues around the country for another Revenge-Bot installation. Also working on turning "100 Robots" in to a book, I'll keep everyone posted. So this is what the post apocalyptic world is like. Far fewer zombies then I imagined.
